paid vg a scam

Paidvg is now confirmed a scam, with the owner issuing a statement apologizing, and back-tracking. Looks like Buxup and scriptvg are gone too.
Take The Internet Back surprisingly raised their minimum payment from $20 to $50, after 2 years of ops. This (long-winded) note was sent out April 26:
"Due to the rising costs of postage, bank return fees, and other fees we incur when sending out checks, we have to raise the commissions withdrawal level to $50.00. That means that you must now have $50.00 or more in your account to request a withdrawal. We have had many checks returned (and that costs us $35.00 per check) as well as many checks lost (also at $35.00 per check). Bank fees have gone up in the USA and we have lost several thousand dollars this year alone. We regret doing this but see no options." .
Blah, blah. What happens to those members who requested payout by MoneyBookers, PayPal or AlertPay, and NOT check?
